Refund Policy
It’s important to me that you’re satisfied with Groovy Marketing's Coaching Program. If you have any questions about the coaching program, please email me at josh@groovymarketing.biz.
The coaching program is a minimum 6 month commitment. If at any point after 6 months your decide you do not want to continue, it's up to you to email and cancel.
Once a payment has been processed, it won't be refunded, but you'll be entitled to one more coaching session. You will have up to 60 days to use the last coaching session.
If you decide within 30 days of signing up that you no longer wish to continue the program, you will be entitled to a refund. You must request that refund and program cancellation by emailing us at josh@groovymarketing.biz.
Note 1: No refunds will be given after 30-days from date of purchase.
Note 2: If you did not submit a refund request within 30-days after your purchase, you’re obligated to complete your remaining monthly installment payments.
Note 3: You are allowed one reschedule yearly, with a potential refund if you absolutely can't get that rescheduled for that month.
Note 4: After that one reschedule is used, if you miss another coaching session or have to reschedule for another month, you will not be refunded for the month that was missed.
"Show Me The Way" Package: $500/month (6 months)
- Includes (1) 50-minute one-on-one Skype call once per month. During this call we go over every pain point in your business and engineer an exact action plan for you to follow. At the end of the call you will have 5 homework items that are scheduled out before our next call.
- Weekly Check-ins: Once a week I check in on you via email. During our Skype call due dates are set for your homework items and every Friday I checkup to see if you've hit any roadblocks or if any new issues have arisen.
- Private Facebook Group Access: You will have access to the exclusive Groovy Marketing VIP Facebook group to discuss your progress, questions and get advice from myself and other members
- Reasonable email access: Only my coaching clients have direct email access to me.
"Spartan Academy" Package: $950/month (6 months)
- Includes (2) 50-minute one-on-one Skype calls per month. During these calls we go over every pain point in your business and engineer an exact action plan for you to follow. At the end of each call you will have 2-4 updated homework items that are scheduled out before our next call.
- Weekly Check-ins: Once a week I check in on you via email. During our Skype call due dates are set for your homework items and every Friday I checkup to see if you've hit any roadblocks or if any new issues have arisen.
- Private Facebook Group Access: You will have access to the exclusive Groovy Marketing VIP Facebook group to discuss your progress, questions and get advice from myself and other members
- Reasonable email access: Only my coaching clients have direct email access to me.
- Text Message Access: You get my most intimate form of communication. This is one layer deeper than email access and gets you faster results...and answers.
- Elite Book Club Access PLUS Three Copies of Top Books: I'll provide you with my top three book recommendations along with a customized synopsis of each book as it pertains to your particular business. I literally use these books every day...shhhhh...it's a secret until you sign up.
Disclaimer: I am going to be HARD on you. The one thing I can't tolerate are people who refuse to try. If you aren't afraid of hard work this program will work for you. If you are looking for a miracle cure and someone to 'shoot the breeze' with, I will fire you in a heartbeat. Come to work!
