The coaching program is a minimum 6 month commitment. If at any point after 6 months your decide you do not want to continue, it's up to you to email and cancel.
Once a payment has been processed, it won't be refunded, but you'll be entitled to one more coaching session. You will have up to 60 days to use the last coaching session.
If you decide within 30 days of signing up that you no longer wish to continue the program, you will be entitled to a refund. You must request that refund and program cancellation by emailing us at josh@groovymarketing.biz.
Note 1: No refunds will be given after 30-days from date of purchase.
Note 2: If you did not submit a refund request within 30-days after your purchase, you’re obligated to complete your remaining monthly installment payments.
Note 3: You are allowed one reschedule yearly, with a potential refund if you absolutely can't get that rescheduled for that month.
Note 4: After that one reschedule is used, if you miss another coaching session or have to reschedule for another month, you will not be refunded for the month that was missed.
